Mark and Roberta Robinson have over thirty years of experience handling family law cases including matters regarding divorce, child custody, visitation, property division, modification, and guardianship. They have each completed the Oklahoma Family Law Trial Advocacy Course and are active members in the Family law section of the Bar. Their diverse practice background in family law, business law, personal injury, estate planning, and bankruptcy gives them an in-depth knowledge base to handle complicated issues in family law negotiations and mediation. Understanding these diverse subject areas creates a successful mediation by being able to separate the people from the problem, and focus on the interests of the parties so that a satisfactory mutual agreement is reached. Mark is a Certified Attorney Mediator through several conflict resolution programs, including Dispute Resolution through the Supreme Court of Oklahoma, the Texas Attorney Mediator’s Institute, and the Institute for Christian Conciliation in Billings, Montana. Mark Robinson served as an adjunct Professor teaching Conflict Resolution at Oral Roberts University in the undergraduate and graduate schools of Business.
